Scott Frankel is a civil litigator specializing in first-party property insurance litigation, where he aggressively pursues the best possible outcomes for policyholders. As an associate for WEK Law, he represents property owners throughout the State of Florida in their efforts to obtain the compensation they deserve.

Prior to joining WEK Law, Scott practiced as an in-house attorney for one of the largest property insurance carriers in Florida. This experience has earned him the knowledge as an insider to provide the advice and counsel needed by Policyholders to return their property back to its pre-loss condition.

Scott was born and raised in South Florida, and has spent his entire collegiate, post-graduate, and legal career in Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, where he majored in Building Construction and received a minor in Business Administration. After college, Scott attended the University of Miami School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor degree, graduating with honors. Scott has been practicing law in the State of Florida since 2013, gaining experience in commercial litigation and personal injury, in addition to first-party property insurance litigation.

In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and their young son, playing and watching sports with friends, fishing, and going to the gym.
