Jason Spiller specializes in representing homeowners involved in residential property disputes with their insurance company.

Prior to joining WEK Law, Jason spent over 8 years working in a large law firm and in-house counsel defending some of the nation’s largest insurance companies in first-party automobile and residential property lawsuits. This provided him with invaluable experience and insight that he uses to zealously advocate for his clients and help them obtain the best possible results.

Jason is a South Florida native. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. During his legal studies, he logged over 300 pro bono hours at the Legal Aid Service of Broward County assisting homeowners facing foreclosure.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys watching his favorite South Florida sports teams, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
