Brandee is well-versed in insurance law, starting as a defense attorney and then advocating for policyholders. She makes insurance companies pay claims to homes, businesses, churches and HOAs for wind, rain, hail, fire, burst pipe, flood and tornado damage.   Born and raised in Missouri, she attended Baylor University and received a degree in business and the University of Missouri at Kansas City where she received her law degree. Among other things, she is a 4th generation entrepreneur and operated her own law firm for 20 years.  Brandee is rated as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest professional rating for excellence. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, 8th Circuit, 10th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
