Jeffrey Saidenstat was born and raised in Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1999. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002 and a Masters of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003. While at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Jeffrey was the recipient of the Goodwin Fellowship. Jeffrey has practiced law in the State of Florida for nearly twenty years.
He began his legal career representing several statewide insurance carriers in the areas of personal injury protection, automobile negligence and premise liability. Later, Jeffrey opened his own private law practice, concentrating on consumer collection cases, automobile negligence claims, landlord tenant evictions and eventually property damage cases. As an attorney, Jeffrey has always strived to be a professional. He has litigated thousands of cases in the two decades that he has practiced law.
In addition to being an attorney, Jeffrey is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit and Family Court Mediator, and Qualified Arbitrator. Jeffrey is presently included as a Qualified Arbitrator in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th and 20th Judicial Circuits in the State of Florida. Jeffrey was also appointed by the Attorney General in 2023 to the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and also serves as a Public Arbitrator for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys watching the Miami Dolphins play and spending time with family and friends.
