Brittany practices first-party property insurance, representing policyholders in property disputes against their insurer.
Prior to joining Weisser Elazar & Kantor, Brittany practiced at a statewide law firm specializing in first-party property insurance defense, workers’ compensation defense, and construction-defect litigation. Brittany uses her prior insurance defense experience now to assist homeowners in obtaining insurance benefits to repair their homes.
Brittany grew up in the Orlando, Florida area and graduated from Stetson University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. Prior to starting her legal career, Brittany had a career in business development. She partnered with construction and real estate clients to bring them service-based solutions.
Brittany is currently licensed to practice in Florida and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in all state courts, as well as and the United States District Courts in and for the Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida.
