Stephen Wilson’s primary practice is first-party property insurance litigation.

Prior to joining WEK Law, Stephen worked at insurance defense firms in the areas of first-party property, toxic torts, and premises liability. Stephen uses that prior experience and knowledge to represent policyholders against their carriers to ensure they get the benefits owed them by those policies.

Stephen graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern Law School in 2003. He was a member of the Law Review and earned Book Awards in Evidence, Criminal Procedure and Corporations. Prior to attending law school, Stephen was the owner of a private investigation firm in South Florida. Stephen is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the Southern District of Florida.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys attending games of his hometown South Florida sports teams and traveling.
